As an entrepreneur, starting and growing my companies to 70+ people now, I spend a lot of my time reading and watching YouTube videos about how to become a better leader every day. In this video, I'm talking about someone who I've been a big fan for many years: Simon Sinek.
Some of his videos went viral. One of them being a TED Talk where he talks about Start With Why, which is also a book that he wrote. An example was Apple, who started to think WHY they do what they do, then WHAT they do and finally HOW they will make that happen.
Another viral video was the one about Millennials in the workplace and matters about employee engagement in an interview with Tom Bilyeu and Impact Factory.
Simon Sinek is now touring for his new book called The Infinite Game and I had the immense pleasure to see him live in London!
