i forgot to mention how i actually FELT (which is a massive flaw of mine when talking to my drs bc i know what they actually need to hear number/symptom wise). this episode basically felt like my worst POTS episode ever (dizziness, nausea, blackout vision, flushing, sweating, feeling generally like i just ran a marathon) and if anyone has experienced that with POTS and such low numbers pls let me know what happened and if you found out what caused it. we're all baffled here.
